Delivery Information

We aim to deliver within 2/3 working days providing products are in stock.  Own label orders will require longer dispatch time.  A minimum order for delivery is required, please discuss this with our admin team when placing your order.

  • ** Deliveries need to be inspected prior to signing proof of deliveries. If a proof of delivery is signed clean, a claim cannot be raised. If you wish to claim shortages these should be noted on both copies of the delivery note before the driver leaves your site and must be followed up with a phone call/email to our admin team (sales@gpservicesuk.co.uk) within 24 hours, there is no leeway on this time scale.

Returns Policy

** If you wish to return a product due to no fault of the company this must be done at the customers expense, returns will only be accepted if they are in new, unused and resalable condition.  Faulty goods should be photographed and emailed to sales@gpservicesuk.co.uk within 12 hours upon receipt of goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders that are cancelled/amended post-dispatch will be charged a restocking and reworking fee at a rate of 20 %.
